Coral Pink Sandunes
Coral Pink Sand Dunes in southern Utah is unique of other sand dunes because of the color of the sand. Deteriorating Navajo sandstone has given this sand a coral pink color. At sunset the dunes become a deep rich coral pink. This image depicts the way the wind sculptures the sand. Shot with a Hasselblad on Kodak VPS 160 film using a Hasselblad 500 c/m with a Distagon 50mm lens.
